Membership is open to all and helps support the organization, and is included automatically with Patron and Friend level Memberships. Annual membership runs from January through December.
Member benefits include a subscription to the SRO Newsletter; early notification of auditions and events; voting privileges on organizational matters and on the Annual Acting Awards; an invitation to the Awards Banquet and Summer Picnic. General membership meetings are held four times per year.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:
Includes above membership benefits (does not include ticket package or pre-show letter).
* Student (age 18 and under) - $8
* Single - $10
* Couple/Family - $15
PATRON MEMBERSHIP LEVELS: offer great savings for yourself or for gift giving. All Membership entitlements above, along with special privileges. These include a ticket package with savings up to 20%; early notice of shows via our pre-show letter (which allows you early call on seats before public sale is announced); name recognition in the Playbill for each show; as well as recognition on the annual or the permanent Patron Boards in the theatre lobby. Additionally, you have the opportunity to join the "Hubbard Clubb" at the Roycroft Inn. You also receive an exclusive invit ation to an "Open Rehearsal" for each Players' regular Season production. Unused Patron Tickets may be given to anyone to use, if you are unable to attend a show.
* Patron - $85
All Membership entitlements above, plus a total of 8 seats (2 for each of the three regular Season shows, plus 2 extra seats for any regular Season show); name recognition in the Playbill for each show as well as recognition on the annual Patron Board in the theater lobby.
* Sustaining Patron - $160
All Membership entitlements above, plus a total of 8 seats (2 for each of the three regular Season shows, plus 2 extra seats for any regular Season show); more prominent name recognition in the Playbill for each show as well as separate recognition on the annual Patron Board in the theater lobby.
* Friend of Aurora Players - $300
All above Membership and Patron entitlements above, plus a total of 16 seats for the three regular Season productions. (4 for each regular Season show, plus 4 extra seats for any regular Season show); separate name recognition in the Playbill for each show as well as recognition on the permanent Patron Board in the theater lobby.
* Supporting Friend of Aurora Players - $500
All above Membership and Patron entitlements above plus a total of 28 seats for the three regular Season productions. (7 for each regular Season show, plus 7 extra seats for any regular Season show); separate name recognition in the Playbill for each show as well as recognition on the permanent Patron Board in the theater lobby.
* Leading Friend of Aurora Players - $1000
All above Membership and Patron entitlements above, plus a total of 56 seats for the three regular Season productions. (16 for each regular Season show, plus 8 extra seats for any regular Season show); separate name recognition in the Playbill for each show as well as recognition on the permanent Patron Board in the theater lobby.
Additional monies received through the above levels show ongoing support for Aurora Players, allowing us to continue our mission of providing quality community theatre productions for you and others to enjoy. Donations received through Patron Memberships at the Friends level are allocated to the capital fund, and the balance is used for general maintenance, utilities, and ongoing projects . Your contributions are greatly appreciated!
SEASON TICKET PACKAGES - No membership benefits are included . However, Season Ticket holders do enjoy the benefit of the pre-show letter, allowing them early call on seats before public sale. Your savings are as much as 20% over individual purchase prices. Ticket packages are great for someone who wants a reminder of show dates. It could just be the "nudge" you need to get you to the show! Unused tickets may be passed along to anyone to use, if you are unable to attend a show.
* Single Season Ticket Package - $34
Includes 1 ticket for each regular Season production, plus 1 additional seat which may be used at any regular Season show (total 4 seats).
* Double Season Ticket Package $64
Includes 2 tickets for each regular Season production, plus 2 additional seats, which may be used at any regular Season show (total 8 seats).
GIFT OPPORTUNITIES - An ideal way to show your appreciation throughout the year for a family member, or special friend, teacher, coach, mailperson, paperboy/girl, service provider, or employee. They also make a great last minute gift idea .
Use the ORDER FORM to give the gift of live theater. Any of the offerings are available to be "gifted" at the same prices listed for purchasers - Annual Memberships, Patron Memberships, " In Memoriam Patron Memberships ", Season Ticket Packages, or single seat Gift Certificates .
* Gift Certificates $10
May be ordered in any quantity. Each is good for one ticket/seat, and can be used for any regular Season performance . They are good for one year from issue date, so they can be requested any time of the year, just by calling 716-687-6727.
All gift orders are sent out in an artistic "Gift Folio" to make your gift unique. We enclose a Gift Letter, as well as a Visitors Guide brochure describing the shows, and how to make reservations. Gift Folios can be mailed to the buyer or directly to the gift recipient by checking the appropriate line item on the Order Form .
